HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS AND CINEMATOGRAPHER WILL BE THERE ON EACH EVENT ?The size of our team varies depending on each event. For a wedding, we typically have a team of two to three videographers and two photographers. Our team members have the ability to collaborate and work in a coordinated style, or can be assigned specific roles for the event.

Our cinematography and photography package prices are set and may be higher compared to other companies. This is because we strive to deliver the highest quality work and invest in new technology and equipment to stay up to date and improve our services. Our pricing reflects the effort, time, and resources we put into producing the best results for our clients.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU COVER EACH YEAR ?we only take on one wedding at a time to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.

DO YOUR SERVICES INCLUDE DESTINATION WEDDINGS OR E-SHOOTS? ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING?As a wedding photography and videography studio based in Toronto, we serve clients globally. Destination weddings or e-shoots will include the cost of travel and accommodations (flights, hotel, equipment, and car rental) in addition to the wedding package.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERABLES?As a wedding photography and videography studio, our main deliverables for video include a 5-7 minute cinematic Highlight and separate full videos. For photos, we typically provide 2000-2500 images for traditional Indian weddings, but the final number may vary depending on the specific timeline, location, and activities of the event. All of our videos and photos will be delivered on a hard drive or USB and also uploaded to a password-protected online gallery that will be shared with you via email. You can share the link with friends and family and also download the entire gallery to your computer. The images will be stored online for 6 months.

WHEN CAN WE EXPECT THE DELIVERY?Editing a film is a highly creative process that we take very seriously at our studio. Our team will go through multiple revisions until we are confident that the final product is our best work to date. Typically, it takes us 3-4 months to deliver the complete wedding film and photographs, depending on our current workload.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE?Our coverage is tailored to the specific events of your wedding, and we have designed our packages to effectively capture every moment without any gaps. If you would like us to stay for longer than the contracted time, we will charge an additional fee based on the rates specified in your contract, rounded to the closest 30-minute increment. This additional fee is necessary to compensate our team for the extra hours they put in and to cover the cost of editing the additional footage. We understand that weddings can be unpredictable and we will not leave at the end of the contracted time without checking with you first to see if you would like to extend.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?To get in touch with us, please use the Contact Us tab. We will respond within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. To discuss your booking, you can schedule an in-person or phone consultation with us. A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding day.
